Helping ground stations run a little more smoothly.
GroundScape brings scheduling, maintenance, and crew coordination into one gentle system — built for the people keeping ground-based space infrastructure up and running, one site at a time.
Everything your team needs, in one calm place.
The small things are usually what slip through — a missed maintenance window, a handoff nobody wrote down. GroundScape keeps it all somewhere everyone can see.
Scheduling
See what's planned across every site at a glance, with conflicts flagged early — before they turn into downtime.
Maintenance tracking
Keep a simple history for every piece of equipment, so nothing lives only in someone's notebook or memory.
Crew coordination
Know who's where, who's on the way, and who's handing off — across every site, without the group-chat scramble.
Made to fit both civilian and defense-aligned teams.
From the start, GroundScape has been built to work for civilian ground stations and defense-aligned facilities alike, with a funding path in progress through SBIR and AFRL.
Right now, the focus is close to home — the Haleakalā-area facilities where this idea started — while the platform grows and proves itself across real, multi-site operations.

Samantha Joslin
I'm building GroundScape from home on Maui, not far from the Haleakalā facilities that inspired it. It's self-funded for now, and I'm growing it alongside the BusinessSPACE Cohort 4 program through the Maui Economic Development Board.
